Calcium Carbonate Masterbatch (CaCO3) for injection processes

Save by using it in the production of car parts, garden furniture, office supplies, buckets or receptacles, and the strengthening of household appliance parts.

The PLASPER® Calcium Carbonate Masterbatch is a mineral modifier with a high, very fine, treated CaCO3 content that has an excellent dispersion in the final product, indicated for direct addition in the processing of polyolefins. The PLASPER® mineral modifier is designed to increase productivity, reduce energy costs and improve properties in the injection.

    • Gravimetric dosing unit
    • Volumetric dosing unit (the best way is to use the feeder at the neck, between the hopper and the extruder)
    • Centralised mixing stations also give good results
  • Dosing: between 3% and 30%
